No sand at the bottom, and my squat finally moved

I've gone through three other creatines and this is the first one that doesn't leave a sandy layer in my shaker. I did the loading week the way the label says, 4 scoops a day for 5 days, one with each meal and one after training so it never sat heavy. After that I dropped to one scoop every morning in water before I leave for the gym.

Around week five my top set on squats went from 225 for 5 to 225 for 7, and the last sets of a session don't fall apart like they used to. Zero taste, zero smell. 50 scoops for $33.90 works out to about 68 cents a scoop, and I'm on subscribe and save now so it just shows up.

Tastes like real lemonade, and I drink more water now

I run at 5:30 before the Tucson heat gets going, and by July I was coming home completely wiped. Now I mix one scoop into a 20 oz bottle the night before and leave it in the fridge, so it's waiting when I walk in. It tastes like lemonade made with real lemons, just less sweet, and it isn't salty at all like the packets my running group swears by.

The surprise is that I drink more water in general because I actually want to. 10 calories a bottle instead of the 140 in the sports drink I used to buy by the case. Lemonade is my favorite, Peach Mango is a close second.

Bottle in the fridge the night before is a great system, Elena. Thanks for sharing it.

A chocolate isolate that tastes like cocoa, not candy

I've tried a lot of proteins and the stevia ones usually leave a bitter finish. This one has a little sweetness at the end, but it reads as cocoa, not chemical. Two scoops in 8 oz of cold water, about 15 shakes, and it's smooth with nothing stuck in the lid. With oat milk it tastes like a thin chocolate milk.

22 g of protein for 120 calories is exactly what I want after a morning lift, and it sits light, which isn't true of every whey I've had. It ships free on its own since it's over $49, and I'm on subscribe and save now.
